Description
Embark on a thrilling exploration of the natural world with this exciting interdisciplinary group class for elementary homeschoolers ages 6-9/10 on Thursdays will take students on a journey through hands-on activities, captivating experiments, and creative projects, students will engage with the scientific process and hone their critical thinking skills. They will learn to observe, question, hypothesize, and analyze as they unravel the mysteries of the living world and the universe. This secular but inclusive semester course is offered in Naperville with in-person class meetings once/week. Students who are ages 9-11 seeking a more academic challenge should see our Wednesday afternoon Upper Elementary TIDES class.
Elementary Mornings – Logic Focus
Students meet on Thursdays, 9:30am – noon
Registration is for Spring 2026 semester-long course (13 weeks starting the week of Jan. 20th) or pro-rated for late enrollment for Fall 2025.

The focus for Spring 2026 is Creature Quest: animal habitats and adaptations
Students should bring a small, nut-free snack (can be eaten in 5-10 minutes) and a water bottle. All other materials for this class will be supplied!
Students who are staying for afternoon Elementary Engineering should bring a nut-free lunch to eat. Lunch is supervised.
